Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within India on all order values.

 

The estimated shipping time is mentioned against each product on the website.The orders are dispatched within 30 working days from the date of order. The delivery time for domestic orders is 2-4 days (unless otherwise delayed, depending on accessibility and location) Express delivery shall be made on approval only for urgent orders on request. In a rare case of delay in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances, Éclat by Prerika shall not be held responsible if our third party couriers fail to deliver.

 

All international orders may be subject to import/custom duties or local taxes, which are levied by the importing country you are in & they shall be borne solely by the recipient on arrival. Kindly check with your local custom authorities to find correct information on import duties from India before placing your order.

We do not ship on Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays

International Delivery

 

The shipping charges are calculated at INR 2,500, or more depending on the weight and volume of the products purchased. The delivery time for international orders is 5-10 days (unless otherwise delayed, depending on accessibility and location) We mention the estimated date of order in the order confirmation mail sent to you. We do not ship on Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. Please note : the shipping charge DOES NOT include import duty(s). Before dispatching your parcel, we ensure a thorough quality check by our QC team.

Return &
Refund Policy

All orders at Éclat by Prerika are custom made and we DO NOT accept returns/exchange as a company policy.

 

Alterations:

 

In case of alterations please email us at eclat.prerika@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any alteration requests post that will not be entertained. If the merchandise received is damaged or defective please contact us immediately and we shall further investigate the matter and give a solution that we deem fit.

In case of wrong product delivered we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order.

In the above scenarios, the client must notify our team about the issue over an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it. 

 

Once the garment is received by Éclat by Prerika, the sole discretion of accepting the return or exchange of the piece lies with us based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece.

 

It is mandatory that the returned merchandise, is unused, unwashed, and is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging and tags. Necessary corrections shall be made to the outfit upon approval and returned within a fresh date of delivery to the customer.

 

The courier charges of returning the outfit shall be borne by the customer.

 

Sizing & Fitting:

​

Please refer to our size-chart for a better understanding of our sizing according to your body measurements .The fit variantly depends on the cut of the ensemble and the style.

 

Custom made outfits will be made according to the measurements provided by the customer. If the fit varies due to inaccurate measurements provided to us, alterations will be chargeable based on the requirements of the alterations as decided by Éclat by Prerika.

 

Colour & Appearance:

​

The Product images provided on the website are subject to slight color variations as all the products are hand dyed and hand made. Moreover, the images on the screen may appear slightly different in terms of tones and shades of the actual product due to different resolution settings of screens. Due to the manual processes followed,slight imperfections in the fabric/print/color/construction/technique/dye may occur ,which do not fall under QC fails or rejects.

 

Cancellations:

 

Orders that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

 

Please note,the sale prices are only available on www.eclatbyprerika.com. The same discounts will not necessarily be applicable in store or at any other third party website/store. The sale outfits cannot be exchanged or returned. Alterations on sale items are only applicable at an extra charge as decided by Eclat by Prerika

 

We DONOT provide Cash On Delivery services, all orders placed are prepaid on the website
